The project at 9 Pascal Road in Seaford comprises 22 warehouses ranging from 122 sq.m to 324 sq.m. The warehouses feature modern design, quality mezzanine office space, and convenient access to East Link and Peninsular Link, making them ideal for businesses seeking easy transportation. The objective was to support Cameron Industrial Commercial and Little Projects Co in attracting and converting the target audience through a branded marketing campaign and selling as many warehouses as possible prior to construction. The creative output includes branding concepts, a 24-page brochure highlighting key features and investment highlights, an eDM, and a design for an outdoor advertising sign. The target audience included tradespeople, mechanics, sign writing companies, online warehouse/distribution businesses, small distributors, leisure and hobbyists, and investors. The project offers a prime location with proximity to major estates in the South East, Melbourne CBD, and Peninsula suburbs.
